Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions we get asked most in-game and on the Control Panel.
Getting Started¶
How do I register an account?¶
Head to the Control Panel and register. The Control Panel now has a tab for each world — pick the one you're playing on to check rankings or manage that world's characters, but registration is account-wide across all three worlds (Thrymora, Draevor, Aelgard).
Which world should I play?¶
See the World Guide for a full side-by-side comparison of rates and what each world is built for.
I just registered — do I get anything for free?¶
Yes — talk to the Freebies NPC once per account. The package scales to the world you're on: a full starter kit on Thrymora/Draevor, or a smaller survival-focused kit on Aelgard to keep the low-rate economy balanced. Everything given is account-bound and can't be traded away.
Account & Characters¶
How do I delete a character?¶
Character deletion is handled from the character selection screen in-client, the same as standard Ragnarok Online — select the character and use the delete option there.
Can I move a character or items between worlds?¶
No. Thrymora, Draevor, and Aelgard are fully separate game worlds with independent databases — characters, Zeny, and items do not transfer between them. This is intentional, so each world's economy stays fair for the rate it runs at.
Bugs & Support¶
I found a bug or got scammed/harassed — what do I do?¶
Use the in-game Help Desk Inquiries NPC to file a ticket directly to the GM team. For anything urgent, take a screenshot first (in-client screenshot key) so the team has evidence to act on.
Something looks visually broken on my character (missing sprite, wrong colors)?¶
Please report it through Help Desk with a screenshot — appearance issues are usually fixable server-side once we know exactly which class/gear combination triggers it.
Economy & Trading¶
Is there an auction house?¶
Yes, on Thrymora and Draevor — see Global Auction House. It's not available on Aelgard, where trading systems are intentionally more limited to preserve the low-rate pace.
What stops people from trading exploited/duped items?¶
The Counterfeit Detector and Economy Guardian run in the background across all worlds to catch abuse patterns automatically.
